                 Abstract:Deformationmonitoringdatacanreflecttheservicebehaviorofultrahigharchdamsdirectly,
                 theycontainabundantspatiotemporalinformationandevolutionlaw,whichisofgreatsignificancetothe
                 longtermstabilityoftheproject.However,themultisourceandmultidimensionaldeformationmonito
                 ringdataareoftenaffectedbythemonitoringinstrumentitselfandotherexternalfactors,whichwillcause
                 interferencetothefollowingdataanalysis.Regardingtothemissingdataindamdeformationmonitoring
                 sequence ,thetargetmonitoringsiteswithstrongcorrelationwereobtainedbasedonthespatialcorrelation
                 ofmonitoringsitedeformationcalculatedbyAprioriassociationrule,andthenthedeformationmonitoring
                 datawereadoptedastheinputsamplestofillinthegapsindeformationmonitoringsequenceofthetarget
                 monitoringsitesusingBayesianoptimizedXGBoostregressionmodel.ThecasestudyofJinpingultrahigh
                 archdamshowsthatthismethodcanfillinthedeformationmonitoringgapsefficientlyandaccurately,so
                 itisapplicabletothefillingofmissingdeformationdataofsimilardamprojects.
