                 Abstract:Whentherotatingspeedchangeofthepumpexceeds20% oftheoriginalspeed,thecalculat
                 edvaluesofitsperformanceparametersbythepumpsimilaritylawaregreatlydifferentiated.Inorderto
                 analyzeandsolvethisproblem ,asurfacefunctionequationisconstructedtopredicttheflowrateandaxi
                 alpowerofthepumpdevicebasedonthetwoparametersofthepumpspeedandtheheadofthepumpde
                 vice.Theenergyefficiencyperformancecurvewithnonlinearcharacteristicsofthetubularpumpdeviceat
                 differentspeedsisconvertedtoapredictionmodeloftheenergyefficiencyparametersofthetubularpump
                 deviceatdifferentspeedsbasedonBP-ANN.Meanwhile ,theinputmodeofthepredictionmodelisde
                 terminedtoestablishthenetworkstructureofBP-ANN.Accordingtotheverificationbytheexperimen
                 taldata,theabsolutedeviationofthepredictedpumpefficiencyislessthan1%,whichmeetstheaccu
                 racyrequirementsofpracticalengineeringapplications.Thismodelcanprovideareferenceforvariable
                 speedregulationandperformanceconversionofpumpdevices.
