Abstract:Inthesimulationanalysisofrollercompactedconcrete(RCC)thinlayerrollingconstruction,
laminatedelementscontainingmultilayermaterialsarecommonlyusedinordertoimprovethecalculation
efficiency ,amongwhichthegrowingelementisthetransitionform ofgraduallyforminglaminatedele
mentsonthepouringwarehousesurface.Becausethetemperatureandelasticmodulusofearlyconcrete
areverysensitivetoage,andtheperformanceofconcreteineachrollercompactedlayervariesgreatly,
theconventionalbilinearfunctionmethodispronetoerrorswhendescribingthegrowingelementinthefi
niteelementcalculation.Inviewofthis ,thepiecewiseshapefunctionmethodofgrowingelementispro
posedtosolvetheproblemoflowcalculationaccuracycausedbythelargepropertydifferenceofdifferent
layersofearlyconcrete.Inaddition ,inrespondtothechangeofpouringwarehousesurface,theshape
andparametersofthegrowingelementshouldbedynamicallyadjusted.Theproposedgrowthprocessing
techniquesincludethesearchandreplacementofheatdissipationboundary ,theinitialvalueresetofnew
layernodes ,theunitconnectionofnewandoldconcreteandsoon.Accordingtotheexampleanalysis,
itisverifiedthatthepiecewiseshapefunctionmethodcangreatlyimprovethecalculationaccuracyofthe
growingelement ,andthegrowthprocessingtechniquescanimprovetheapplicationrangeofthegrowing
element ,whichcanbeusedasareferenceforrelevantresearch.
