                 Abstract:Inviewofthecostbenefitevaluationofthecurrentspongecityconstruction,thesecondcon
                 structionphaseofanewhospitalinacityinJiangsuProvinceistakenasanexampletocarryoutthere
                 search.Differentspongecityfacilitycombinationsarechoseninaccordancewiththevarioussituationsof
                 theconstructionsite.Stormwatermanagementmodel (SWMM)isadoptedtoconductsimulationsofthe
                 stormwatermanagementeffectsofdifferentspongecityfacilitycombinationsundervariousrainfallcondi
                 tionsatthesite ,andthenthecostbenefitevaluationisconductedbasedonlifecyclecost.Theresults
                 showthatspongefacilitiescaneffectivelystrengthenurbanstormwatermanagement ,reducepeakrunoff
                 by53.32% -70.14% andoutletflowby6.67% -53.33%.Thestormwatermanagementcapacityand
                 costbenefitvalueofdifferentspongecityfacilitiesarenegativelycorrelatedwiththeintensityoftherain
                 storm.Amongthem ,therunoffcontrolamountandcosteffectivenessperunitareaofthespongefacilities
                 withpermeablesubsurfacearehigherthanthosewithimpermeablesubsurface.Theresearchresultsareof
                 referentialvalueforthedesignofspongecitiesonthesitescale.
