                 Abstract:WaterisunevenlydistributedintimeandspaceinYunnanProvinceandthediscrepancybe
                 tweenthedemandandsupplyisbecomingmoreandmoreprominentwiththefastdevelopmentofeconomy
                 andsociety.InordertoprovideatheoreticalbasisfortherationalutilizationofwaterresourcesinYunnan
                 province ,thewaterresourcescarryingcapacitywasevaluatedanditsobstaclefactorswerediagnosed.21
                 indiceswereselectedfromthreesubsystemsofwaterresources ,ecologyandenvironment,economyand
                 societytosonstructanevaluationindexsystem,andthenthewaterresourcescarryingcapacityofYunnan
                 Provincefrom2005-2018wasestimatedbasedongreyrelationalanalysisandtechniquefororderprefer
                 encebysimilaritytoanidealsolution(GRA-TOPSIS),itsmainobstaclefactorswerediagnosedusing
                 obstacledegreemodel.Theresultsshowthatthedevelopingtrendofwaterresourcescarryingcapacityin
                 Yunnanprovincefrom2005to2018wasontherise ,withthecompositeindexrisingfrom0.4684to0.
