Abstract:Theconsumptionofconcretehasincreasedannuallyduetothedevelopmentofwaterconser
vancyengineering ;however,themechanicalpropertiesofconcretearesubjectedtotheporestructure
within.BasedonXraycomputedtomography(XCT),thisstudyanalyzedtheinfluenceofdifferentiron
oretailingsdosagesontheporestructurefrommultipleperspectives ,suchasporosity,porelocationdis
tributionandsizedistribution.Thegreyrelationalanalysisandregressionanalysiswereusedtocategorize
theporesintoharmfulporesandlessharmfulpores.Thelinearquantitativemodelwasestablishedtoana
lyzetherelationshipbetweenconcretestrengthandporosityofharmful,andlessharmfulpores.There
sultsshowedthatthe3Dporosityandaverageporesizegraduallydecreaseswiththeincreaseofironore
tailingsdosage.Moreporesscatterintheedgeareathaninthecenterofthespecimens,withporesof150
-250 μ mdistributingmostwidelyunderdifferentdosages.Intermsofcompressivestrengthandsplitting
tensilestrength,thesurfaceareaboundaryfortheharmfulporesandlessharmfulporesare70and30

mm,respectively.Theproposedquantitativestrength-porestructuremodelintegratestheeffectsofpo
rosityandporesizedistribution ,itcanproduceexcellentverificationresultsandpredictthechanging
trendofconcretestrength.
