Abstract:Inviewoftheurgentneedsofurbanfloodcontrolriskmanagement,indicatorsfromaspectsof
hazardaffectedbodies ,hazardformingenvironments,andhazardinducingfactorsareselectedtoconstruct
anintegratedfloodriskassessmentsystembasedondisastertheory.Then ,theAHP-CRITICmethodis
coupledtocalculatethecomprehensiveweightofeachindicator ,thegreyrelationalanalysismethodisused
tocalculatethefloodriskofeachunit,andthenaturalbreakpointmethodisadoptedtoclassifytherisklev
els.TakingthemainurbanregionofSanyaCityastheresearchobject,afloodriskassessmentmodelises
tablishedtocarryoutthefloodrisklevelzoning.Theresultsshowthattheproportionofareaswithfourlev
elsoffloodriskfromextremelyhightolowinthemainurbanregionofSanyaCityis5.60%,13.84%,
33.04% and47.52%,respectively.Theextremelyhighriskandhighriskareasaremainlydistributedin
thelowerreachesoftheSanyaRiverandtheEastRiverofSanya ,aswellasthelowlyingcontiguousculti
vatedlandonbothsidesofthelowerreachesoftheTangtaRiver.Thecomparisonanalysisprovesthatthe
floodriskassessmentmodelbasedonAHP-CRITIC-greyrelationalanalysisissuperiortoanyindividual
model ,whichcanprovideamorereasonabledistributionoffloodrisks.Theresearchresultsandfloodrisk
assessmentmodelcanprovideareferenceforfloodcontrolanddisasterreductionplanningofSanyaCityand
othercitiesfacingsimilarproblems.
