Abstract:Reclaimedwateriscalledthesecondwatersourceofcity;strengtheningtheallocationandutili
zationofreclaimedwaterisconducivetooptimizingthewatersupplystructure ,increasingthesupplyof
waterresources,alleviatingthecontradictionbetweenwatersupplyanddemand,andensuringwatereco
logicalsecurity.Scientificdemandpredictionofurbanreclaimedwatercanprovideatechnicalsupportfor
theimprovementofwastewaterresourceutilizationlevel.Basedonthedemandanalysisofregionalwater
resources ,fullconsiderationisgiventothecharacteristicsofquantityandqualityofwaterdemandin4
fields,includingindustrialproductionuse,urbanmiscellaneoususe,riverreplenishmentuse,aswellas
farmlandandforestryirrigationuse.Then ,atechnicalframeworkofdemandpredictionofreclaimedwater
invariousfieldsisputforwardbasedontheconsiderationofwaterqualityandwaterprice.Firstly ,consid
eringtheinfluenceofwaterquality ,theindexofthereplaceablerateofreclaimedwaterisintroducedto
analyzethewaterquantitythatcanbesuppliedbyreclaimedwaterinthetotalwaterdemand.Secondly ,
consideringtheinfluenceofthepriceonthedemandofreclaimedwaterundertheindependentpricing
mode ,asubsidy-price-demandmodelisestablishedtocalculateregionalreclaimedwaterdemandunder
differentsubsidyscenarios.ThecasestudyofthecentralurbanareaofSuqianCityshowthatunderthere
