               Abstract:Comprehensivebenefitevaluationiscrucialtotheplanning,constructionandmanagementof
               groundwaterreservoirs.Inordertostudytheinfluenceoftheconstructionandoperationofgroundwaterres
               ervoirsonlocalwaterresources ,ecologicalenvironmentandsocialeconomy,anevaluationindexsystemof
               groundwaterreservoircomprehensivebenefitisconstructedfromtheoverallperspectivebasedonthediscus
               sionoftheconnotationofgroundwaterreservoircomprehensivebenefit.TakingtheproposedFupingGround
               waterReservoirofShichuanRiverinShaanxiProvinceasanexample ,appropriateindexesareselectedand
               therealcodedacceleratedgeneticalgorithmisusedtooptimizetheprojectionpursuitclassificationmodel.
               ThecomprehensivebenefitsofFupingGroundwaterReservoirinShichuanRiverareevaluatedtaking2018
               asthebaseyearand2030astheplanningyear.TheresultsshowthatthebenefitofFupingGroundwater
               ReservoirinShichuanRiverissatisfactory ,itstillhasgoodecologicalmaintenancevalueandwaterresource
               remediationeffectin2030,whichindirectlydemonstratesthefeasibilityoftheconstructionoftheproposed
               groundwaterreservoirandprovidesimportantdecisionsupportforitssubsequentplanning ,managementand
               operation.Theevaluationindexsystemisfeasibleandcanbewidelyusedincomprehensivebenefitevalua
               tionofgroundwaterreservoirs.
