Abstract:Takingthesolutionofcalcium bicarbonateformedbypesudokarstification(CFPK)assand
solidificationmaterialandtheaeoliansandintheMuUsDesertasthereinforcementobject ,weconduc
tedaseriesofchemicaltests,mechanicaltests,hydraulictestsandmicroscopicteststoinvestigatethein
fluenceofcarbondioxidepressureandreactiontimeontheconcentrationofCFPKsolution.Thentheen
gineeringperformanceofsandsolidificationbyCFPKsolutionwasanalyzedtorevealthereinforcement
mechanismofCFPK.TheresultsshowthattheconcentrationofCFPKincreaseswiththeincreaseofcar
bondioxidepressure ,whereasincreasesfirstandthenstabilizeswiththeincreaseofreactiontime.After
thereinforcementtreatmentofCFPKsolution,aconsolidatedlayerisformedonthesurfaceoftheloose
aeoliansand,whichstrengthensthesurfacestrength,winderosionresistanceandwaterresistanceofthe
aeoliansand.WiththeincreaseoftheamountofCFPKsolution ,thesurfacestrengthandwinderosion
resistanceofthesolidifiedsandgraduallyincreases.TheCFPKcandecomposeamongthesandparticles
toformcalciumcarbonatethatactascementationandfillingagent ,bywhichtheaeoliansandcanbeef
fectivelystrengthened.
