Abstract:Withtherapidexpansionofthedevelopmentandutilizationofwindpower,thevolatilityof
powerandlimitedpowerdeliveryproblemshavebroughtnewchallengestotheconsumptionandutilization
ofwindpower.Inviewofthewater-wind-storagecomplementarydeliverymodeinnorthwestChina ,a
multiobjectivemodelisbuiltconsideringboththeutilizationrateofpowertransmissionchannelandthe
revenueofcomplementarysystem,basedonwhichtheenergystorageoperationstrategyunderthetimeof
usepriceisproposed.Then,thismethodisappliedtoamultienergycomplementarybaseintheupper
reachesoftheYellowRiver.Bycomparingandanalyzingthecontrolstrategiesofthetwolargecomple
mentarysystems ,itisprovedthatthecomplementarysystemplayanimportantroleinimprovingtheutili
zationrateofthepowerdeliverychannel,absorbingthewindcurtailmentandimprovingtheoperatingin
come.Finally,resultsshowthattheuncertaintydegreeofwindpower,thetimeofusepriceandpower
transmissionchannelcapacityhavegreatinfluenceonthesystemcomplementaryeffect.Thismethodcan
providetechnicalsupportandreferencefortheplanningandoperationofthenewenergyandhydropower
complementarysysteminthefuture.
