                 Abstract:Inordertoreasonablyallocatetheminewaterintheregionalwatersupplysystem,UxinBan
                 ner ,alargescalecoalminingarea,istakenasthestudyareatopredictthefuturewatersupplyandwa
                 terdemand.Meanwhile ,thewatersupplyrulesandanallocationmodelareestablishedwiththeconsider
                 ationofmultiplewaterresourcesincludingminewater,soastosortouttheoptimizedallocationschemeof
                 multiplewaterresources.Resultsshowthatcomparedwith2020,thewatersupplystructureofUxinBan
                 nerwillchangesignificantlyin2025asaresultoftheexpansionofcoalminingscale.Thegroundwater
                 supplywillreduceby44.9% whiletheminewatersupplywillincreaseby1.4times.Themassivesupply
                 ofminewaterwillreplacethegroundwatersupply ,whichcansolvetheproblemoflocalgroundwaterover
                 exploitation.Limitedbythetotalwaterconsumptioncontrolindex,thewatershortageofthewholebanner

                 willreach19.13×10 m in2025.Inthefuture,itisnecessarytoreducetheareaoffarmlandtocontrol
                 thegrowthofwaterdemand.ThereisanurgentneedforlargescaleutilizationofminewaterinUxinBan
                 ner ,buttherearepracticalproblemssuchashighwatersupplycostandinconsistentwaterintakepermit.
                 Thelargewaternetworkproject (underconstruction)inUxinBannerprovidesengineeringconditionsfor
                 establishingthecomplementaryrelationshipoflocalsurfacewater ,YellowRiverwater,minewaterand
                 recycledwater,whichisconducivetoeliminatingtheinstabilityofminewaterandensuringthestable
                 supplyofwaterresources.
