Abstract:Akindofepoxymortarsuitableforerosionresistantandabrasionresistantprotectionofhigh
headgateflowsurfaceinsandyriverswasdevelopedforthesafeoperationofhydraulicstructures.Ac
cordingtothetheworkingperformanceoftheepoxyresinsystem ,theprimaryformulawasformed,then
theorthogonaltestwasusedtostudythesignificanceoftheinfluenceofdifferentfactorsonthecompres
sivestrengthandflexuralstrengthoftheepoxymortar ,soastoanalyzetheinfluenceofcement-sandra
tioandcementcontentonthemechanicalpropertiesofthemortar.Meanwhile ,theinternalporesizeand
distributionofepoxymortarwithdifferentproportionswerestudiedbynuclearmagneticresonanceimaging
technology ,andtheperformanceofdifferentproportionsofepoxymortaragainstbedloadabrasionwas
testedbyahighspeedunderwatersteelballgrinder.Theresultsshowthatthecement-sandratiohasa
significanteffectonthecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthofepoxymortar.Withtheincreaseof
thecement-sandratio ,thecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthofepoxymortarfirstincreaserap
idlyandthendecreasetoacertainextent.Whenthequartzsand∶cement∶epoxyresinis5∶1∶3,theep
oxymortariseasytomixandhasgoodfluidity.After7daysofcuring ,theinternalporesofthemortar
areevenlydistributed,itscompressivestrengthis119.0MPa,flexuralstrengthis42.24MPa,andthe
thicknesslossof216hhighspeedunderwatersteelballmethodis0.063mm.Combinedwithdataanaly
