                 indicatingthattheinitialrunoffwashighlypolluted,andtheCODandSSshowedatrendofpositivecor
                 relation.Thepeakconcentrationofpollutantsoccurredwithin30minafterthestartofrainfallandgradu
                 allydecreasedandstabilizedwiththeincreaseofrainfallduration.Theincreaseofrainfallvolume ,rain
                 fallintensityandrainfallintervalwouldaggravatetheinitialflushandfurtherdeterioratethewaterquality
                 ofroofrainfallrunoff.TheremovalratesofCOD ,SSandNH—Nintheassembledhighlevelparterre
