Abstract:AlargenumberofsaltlakesdistributesinnorthwestChina,anddeicingsaltiswidelyusedin
winter ,sothegas-liquidexchangeareaoftheprojectsinthisareaisoftensubjectedtothedualeffects
ofdry-wetcycleandcarbonization ,whichmakestheaffectedconcretemorepronetoreinforcementcor
rosionthanthatingeneralenvironment.Inordertoinvestigatethetransportlawofchlorideionsinaeoli
ansandconcreteundercarbonizationanddry-wetcycle ,chlorideioncorrosionexperimentswerecarried
outtoanalyzethecontentanddistributionlawoffreechlorideions ,thediffusioncoefficientofchloridei
onsandtherelationshipbetweentimedependenceandcarbonationtime.Theresultsshowedthatcarbona
tionhinderedthetransportspeedofchlorideionstotheinnerpartoftheconcrete,thelongerthecarbona
tiontimewas ,thelowerthechloridediffusioncoefficientbecame,sothecarbonizationplayedapositive
roleintheresistanceofchlorideioncorrosion.Intheearlystageofthedry-wetcycle ,thechlorideion
intrusionwasaccelerated ;theninthemiddleandlatestages,thesaltcrystalsformedintheporesfilled
upthespaceinthepores ,whichincreasedthedensityoftheconcreteandpreventedtheinwardintrusion
ofchlorideions.However ,thecrackscausedbythecrystalstressincreasedthechlorideioncontentin
thesurfacelayer.
