Abstract:Basedonthestructureandfunctionofwaterresourcessystem,awaterresourcesvulnerabilitye
valuationsystemisconstructed,whichconsistsofthreecriterionlayers,namely,wateryield,waterquality
anddisaster,threeconstraintlayers,whicharenaturalfactors,humanfactorsandbearingfactors,and27
indices.Theweightareassignedusingthecombinationofentropyweightmethodandanalytichierarchy
process ,andthewaterresourcesvulnerabilityof10prefecturelevelcitiesinShaanxiProvincefrom2007to
2017isevaluatedandcategorizedusingthefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethodfromspatialandtempo
ralperspectives.Inthemeantime,theobstacledegreemodelisappliedtoexploretheobstaclefactorsofwa
terresourcesvulnerability.TheresultsshowthatthewaterresourcesvulnerabilityofXianyangandWeinan
iscategorizedasGrade Ⅴ;thatofXi’an,Baoji,TongchuanandYulinisGrade Ⅱ;andthatofYan’an,
Hanzhong,AnkangandShangluoisGrade Ⅰ.Overthe11years,thewaterresourcesvulnerabilityofXian
yang,Weinan,AnkangandShangluoshowedadownwardtrend,whereasthatofXi’an,Tongchuan,Yan’
anandHanzhongshowedanincreasingtrend,andthatofBaojiandYulinremainedunchanged.Spatially,
itshowedthedistributionpatternof“lowinthenorthandsouthregions,highinthemiddleregions”.The
mainobstaclefactorsaffectingwaterresourceswerechangerateofannualprecipitation ,waterconsumption
of10thousandRMBGDP,disasterratioofdroughtandfloodarea,wastewaterdischargeof10thousand
RMBGDP,anddevelopmentandutilizationrateofgroundwaterresources.Theresearchshowsthatthewa
