                 Abstract:HeilongjiangRiverisanimportantboundaryriverwhichmarkstheborderbetweenChinaand
                 twoothercountries.Itsrivercourseevolutionisnotonlyanaturalscienceproblem,butalsoagravemat
                 teroftheincreaseordecreaseofChina’slandarea.Byanalyzingtheresearchresultsofrivercourseevo
                 lutionandengineeringregulationtechnologyofHeilongjiangRiverinrecent30years,wesummarizesthe
                 researchprogressfrom threeaspects,namely,rivercourseevolution,rainstorm floodandriverregula
                 tion ,anddrawsthefollowingconclusions.Firstly,therelevantresearchresultsofrivercourserevolution
                 andsedimentmovementofHeilongjiangRiverarerareanddated ,whichlacksofsystematicandlong
                 termanalysisinparticular;secondly,thefloodanddisasterpreventiontechnologyofHeilongjiangRiver
                 hasexperiencedthreestages ,from passiveacquisitiontoactiveacquisitionandthenadvancedacquisi
                 tion ;thirdly,limitedbythegeographicallocationandclimaticconditions,theengineeringregulation
                 measuresshouldbecarriedoutwithsuitableprotectivematerialsandsimplifiedlayout.
