                 Abstract:Duetothespecialwaterandsedimentinflowconditionsanduniquegeographicalenvironment,
                 theGaocun-AishanreachofthelowerYellowRiverhasbecomeatypical“hump”reach.Takingthe
                 waterandsedimentdataofhydrologicalstationsinthelowerYellowRiverfrom1990to2020asthere
                 searchobject ,thispaperfocusesonthewaterandsedimentinflowandsectionmorphologicalcharacteris
                 ticsofHuayuankou-GaocunandGaocun-AishansectionsinthelowerYellowRiver ,andestablishes
                 thefunctionalrelationshipbetweensedimentdischargeratio,riversedimentinflowcoefficientandriverfa
                 ciescoefficientusingtheformulaofnonequilibriumsedimenttransportrate.Theresultsshowthatafter
                 theXiaolangdiReservoirwasputintouse ,thesedimentinflowinthehumpreachofthelowerYellow
                 Riverdecreasedsharply.Basedonthissituation ,thenumericalrelationshipbetweenthesedimentdis
                 chargeratioandthesedimentdepositioninthelowerYellowRiverisconstructedandthepowerfunction
                 formulaofsedimentdischargeratio ,sedimentinflowcoefficientandriverfaciescoefficientisfurtheres
                 tablished.Thisformulacancalculatethescouringandsiltingchangesofeachreachmoreaccuratelyusing
                 theparameterssuchaswaterandsedimentinflowconditionsandriversectionmorphologyofthelower
                 YellowRiver.
