                 Abstract:Meteorologyisanimportantfactorthataffectsthesafeoperationoflongdistancewaterconvey
                 ancechannels,thepredictionofthemeteorologicalcharacteristicindicesthataffectstheicegeneration
                 anddevelopmentiscriticalforsafeandefficientwaterconveyanceinwinter.Toexplorethetraditional
                 Chinesecalendar ’sroleintheanalysisofradiationandtemperature,takingXingtai,BaodingandBeijing
                 stationsintheSouth-to-NorthWaterDiversionProjectasresearchobjects ,thisstudycomparesthe
                 correlationbetweentheprewintertemperatureandthecharacteristicindicesunderdifferentcalendars.
                 ThentheLSTMmodelisusedtopredictthecharacteristicindicesunderthreedifferentsystems :theGre
                 goriancalendar ,theSexagenarycyclecalendarandthelunarcalendar,soastoexaminetheirinfluences
                 ontheanalysisandpredictionofthecharacteristicindices.Theresultsshowthatthecorrelationbetween
                 prewintertemperatureandcharacteristicindicesisstrongerinlunarcalendarsystem ,andthemeteorolo
                 gyandicepredictionmodelhasbetteraccuracyandsuperiorityinthelunarcalendarthanintheGregori
                 anandtheSexagenarycyclecalendar.
