Abstract:Undertheextremeenvironmentinhighaltitudeareas,cracksarepronetodevelopinthe
processofconcretepouringandcuring ,whichaffectstheengineeringqualityandsafeoperationofthe
structure.Inthispaper ,theringmethodconcreterestrictedshrinkagecrackingtestiscarriedout,the
effectsofdifferenttemperatures(-5,10,25,40℃)andhumidity(50%,65%,80%)ontheearly
restrictedshrinkagecrackingofconcretearestudiedtorevealthemechanismofconcretecrackingatthe
earlystage.Theresultsshowthatthecompressivestrengthandelasticmodulusofearlyconcreteincrease
withtheincreaseofcuringtemperatureandhumidity ,andtheincreaseofcompressivestrengthwithcu
ringageismoreobviousthanthatofelasticmodulus;withthedecreaseofcuringtemperatureorincrease
ofcuringhumidity ,thedryingshrinkageandselfshrinkageofconcreteisreduced,whichinturnwould
reducetheinternalstressofconcreteandimproveitscrackingresistance;thepredictionmodelofearly
restrictedshrinkagecrackingofconcreteisproposed ,withwhichthetimeofrestrictedshrinkagecracking
ofearlyconcretecanbeaccuratelypredicted.Thefindingscanprovidebasicdatasupportforthedevel
opmentofconcretecrackingcontroltechnology.
