Abstract:GuizhouProvinceislocatedinthecenterofthekarstregioninsouthwestofChina,itstopogra
phyisdominatedbymountainswithdeeprivervalleys ,whichmakesitdifficultforthedevelopmentand
utilizationofwaterresources.So,improvingwaterresourcesutilizationefficiencyisofgreatsignificance
tothesustainabledevelopmentofGuizhouProvince.Here ,awaterresourcesevaluationindexsystemwas
establishedbasedonthreefirstlevelindicatorsofwaterresourcesutilization,socialeconomyandecologi
calenvironment.Onthisbasis,withsecondaryindicatorsasslackvariables,thesuperefficiencyDEA
model(SE-DEA)wasusedtocalculatethesuperefficiencyvalueofthefirstlevelindicators,andthe
intervalanalytichierarchyprocess (IAHP)isusedtocalculatetheweightvectorofthefirstlevelindica
tors.BasedonthesuperefficiencyDEAandIAHPmethods ,acomprehensivewaterresourcesevaluation
