                 Abstract:Underthebackgroundofwaterscarcity,thewateruserelationshipbetweenadjacentregions
                 presentsmoreandmorecomplexcorrelationcharacteristics.Clarifyingtheinternalwateruserelationship
                 amongregionsandrevealingthespatiallinkagepatternofwaterusecanprovideareliablereferencefor
                 optimizingthecoordinatedgovernancepolicyofregionalwaterresources.Basedontherelevantwateruse
                 dataof28citiesintheHuaiheRiverEcoeconomicBeltfrom 2005to2018 ,socialnetworkanalysis
                 (SNA)wasusedtodescribethestructureandtransfercharacteristicsofwaterusespatialassociationnet
                 workamongcitiesintheHuaiheRiverEcoeconomicBelt,anditsinfluencingfactorswererevealedby
                 quadraticassignmentprocedure(QAP).Theresultsshowthatthewateruserelationshipsamongthecit
                 iesintheHuaiheRiverEcoeconomicBeltpresentedacomplexnetworkstructure.Thenetworkdensity
                 decreasedslightlyduringthesampleinvestigationperiod,buttheoverallnetworkstructurewasstable.
                 CitiesofSuzhou,Zhoukou,XuzhouandBengbuwereatthecoreofthewaterusenetwork,leadingthe
                 flowofwaterresourcesintherelatednetwork.Theblockmodelanalysisshowedthatthespatialcorrela
                 tionnetworkofwaterusecouldbedividedintofourmodules,namelybroker,twowayspillover,main
